We have been letting property since 1972 and are a family run group. We try to make our tenants and guests comfortable and attend to any emergency as quick as possible. Our rooms are in serviced house in Tring, where we live next door, so are on hand to deal with any problems that may arise. Please contact us to enquire which rooms are available.
The house in Tring is within walking distance to the Town Centre, where there are lots of amenities, including many takeaways, cafes, coffee shops , many different types of restaurants from different cuisines.
There are bus stops very close by for buses to Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead and Watford. Also bus to the station. Tring station is about 2 miles outside of Tring, closer to Aldbury. With approx 40 mins journey to Euston, where you can catch the underground to all the sights of London.
We service the common areas regularly, and attend to any problems that may occur.
There are three showers, three w.c. with basins, and a bathroom.
There is a large kitchen fully kitted out with all that is needed to enable you to cook meals and prepare drinks. In the kitchen is a washing machine, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Several fridges and freezers to store your fresh food.
We have a patio garden which is great for summer months, shared with other tenants. Bike storage is welcomed in the Patio.
